We’ve been home about half a week. We still haven’t found a house. We did look at one today, but I doubt we’ll get it because the owner was a bit iffy on 5 pets. We have the money for the deposit and the pet deposit, so it wouldn’t be a problem. I just hope we can find a place soon so that I can go back to Sabina and get my stuff. We’ll find out Tuesday if we get the house.

Jeremy’s mum hugged me the other day. It freaked me the hell out because she has never done that before. We went to his parents’ house today for a cookout. It has been a bit unnerving discovering how much I have in common with his mother. It was a good day despite all the new, weird facts I’ve learned. It’s good that his mother ad I develop a connection. I don’t see us ever going out shopping together, but we can at least get along in order to save any future headaches.

It is so great to be home again. I almost got hit twice going through Columbus, but the drive really wasn’t too bad.

I’ve seen my cousin and uncle. It’s been over 5 years since I’ve seen them. It’s been great.

We weren’t even in town for 24 hours and Jeremy already has a job. He starts next week. We just need to find a place to live! Wish us luck!
